American Constitution Society Student Chapter at WVU College of Law

The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (ACS) is one of the nation's leading progressive legal organizations. Founded in 2001, ACS is comprised of law students, lawyers, scholars, judges, policymakers and activists working to ensure that fundamental principles of human dignity, individual rights and liberties, genuine equality, and access to justice enjoy their rightful, central place in American law. Among other purposes, we believe that those who enforce the law must have concern for the way in which it affects the lives of the people who make up the nation in which we live.
